Our Process
As noted above regarding tempered glass, At Boys Next Door Window Cleaning, we have 5+ years of commercial window cleaning experience specializing in post-construction clean-up. With this experience and knowledge, we are fit for any post construction window cleaning and are able to articulate to the project supervisor what the glass units require for cleaning. We use a combination of techniques and equipment such as abrasive/buffing pads and solutions to lift and suspend debris away from the glass to be taken off with our squeegee. Multiple passes may need to be done to have a spotless result.
For any construction clean-up we complete or bid, we take a thorough look at the property. Identifying glass types and hazards is our main objective. Prior to starting any cleaning, we will discuss our site findings. If tempered glass is found on the home that may be at risk of scratching. We will outline our process for how we will safely clean the window and confirm the go ahead with the project manager by having a scratch liability waiver signed and dated noting we have discussed the risks and it has been approved by the builder or project manager.
