  • How do I get a quote?

    We provide quotes in two different ways, whichever is easiest for you is great for us!

    The first option is an in-person visit to have a look around the property, we will just need your home address and the best contact number or email for sending the estimate too

    The second option is done digitally, by sending us a photo of each side of your home including all windows in the photo, for a total of 4 photos. We can get the estimate back within a few minutes of receiving it.

  • What is your service area?

    We service a 50km radius around Regina. Including; White City/Emerald Park, Pilot Butte, Balgonie, Lumsden, and surrounding towns including Katepwa, Pasqua, Kannata Valley, Glen Habour, and Regina Beach.

    We are willing to travel to anywhere requested for mileage charge so feel free to reach out if your home does not fit within our current radius.

  • What do I do if I am not home during my service?

    For an exterior-only service, we will be able to complete our services without you present. With our online invoicing and messaging systems, we will be able to keep you updated on job arrival, start, and end with an invoice sent directly Via text or Email.

    However, if we are unable to access the property (including for interior cleaning) or other issues that prevent us from completing our work. We would be happy to re-schedule your cleaning for no extra charge.

  • How do I prepare for my service?

    For your service, you will not need to do much in order to prepare. If there are any restrictions on access for surfaces that will be cleaned (particularly interior cleanings), we ask for you to clear that to provide us with a safe operating space. Before your service, we will evaluate the house further and discuss any potential concerns with you, the customer, prior to starting work.

  • Are you Licensed and Insured?

    Yes! We are both licensed, liability insured, and have workers’ compensation. To give you peace of mind while we complete our services.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, cheque, credit, and debit. Which can be paid in person with our sales terminal after your service or with an invoice sent via text or email payable online.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy is completely open and there is no charge for cancellations. We do ask that we are given a 24-hour notice if possible.

  • What if I am not fully satisfied with my service?

    We have you covered for all of our services in regard to service satisfaction:

    Our window cleaning services all come with a 5-day rain guarantee, protecting against any spots or streaks left by us or from the weather.

    Our gutter cleaning services are all covered by a 1-month clog-free guarantee to ensure your gutters are flowing even after we have come.

    Our pressure washing services are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 5 days after service to manage any spots missed or redo a portion if you are not fully satisfied with the result.

    We do not do money-back guarantees as we value a quality job and making things right rather than providing refunds.
